Kathy Liu is an old age psychiatrist currently undertaking a PhD at University College London. She is investigating the potential involvement of the central noradrenergic system in the development of agitation in Alzheimer's disease. Her research has involved examining relationships between certain neuropsychological, physiological and neuroimaging measures, and how these might differ in relation to aging and Alzheimer's disease. She completed her undergraduate medical training at the University of Cambridge and is undertaking her specialty training in London.
