I’m a junior at Vanderbilt pursuing a triple major in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, and Neuroscience. At Vanderbilt, I discovered my passion for neuroscience research - primarily relating to neuroplasticity, learning and memory, as well as neurodegenerative aging. I’m currently looking to expand my research repertoire and gain experience working in both wet and dry labs. In the future, I seek to pursue a research career where I can combine my background in neuroscience and computer science to accurately simulate the effect of therapeutics on memory formation and neurodegeneration on a patient-by-patient basis, giving rise to personalized treatments for brain diseases like Alzheimer’s.
