Lauren M. Bouchard is a social gerontologist, educator, and researcher at Portland State University. Dr. Bouchard aims to catalyze an enthusiastic, age-friendly workforce via a strong curriculum and evidenced-based pedagogy. In addition, they are active in research and have published in journals such as The Journal of Career Development, The Journal of Aging and Mental Health, and the Journal of Religion, Spirituality, and Aging, to name a few. Their research interests include resilience, social connectedness, and the scholarship of teaching and learning.
