Anju Paudel, PhD, MGS, RN, is an Assistant Professor of Nursing at the Penn State Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing. She completed her PhD from the University of Maryland School of Nursing. Her research focuses on improving the quality of interactions between long-term care residents and staff, thereby optimizing well-being and quality of life in both residents and staff. Over the past years, she has expanded her scholarship through active engagement in research across settings of care, scholarly presentations and publications of her work, peer reviews, and leadership and membership roles in internal and external committees.
