Jessica Cassidy is from Dallas, TX and currently completing her PhD in social work with a focus on aging at the University of Texas at Arlington. Ms. Cassidy is a licensed master social worker in the state of Texas. She works as a graduate research assistant for the University of Texas Arlington and a professional research assistant for the University of Colorado Medical System. She is a member of Phi Kappa Phi honor society and president of the Gerontology Organization for students at the University of Texas at Arlington. Her research interests include, rural health promotion, interventions focused on Alzheimer’s and related dementias, care partners of persons living with dementia, environmental gerontology, and non-pharmacological interventions.
