Dr. Farida Kassim Ejaz is a gerontologist with 30 years of experience in applied aging research and primary data collection. She is a recognized leader in adult maltreatmenth. She received a Ph.D. in Social Welfare Administration from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1988. Currently, she is a Senior Research Scientist II at the Center for Research and Education at the Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging. Results of her investigations have been widely published in peer-reviewed articles and book chapters.
