Sol Baik is a Senior Researcher at the University of Virginia Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service. She is currently responsible for building demographic data delivery for the Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services and Area Agencies on Aging and providing research consultation to clients with aging-related data needs. She has ten years of experience in interdisciplinary research, particularly related to caregiving, health disparities, and social determinants of health. She received her B.A. and M.A. in Social Welfare, both from Seoul National University and received her Ph.D. in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
