Courtney Reynolds is a licensed social worker in Ohio and Senior Research Analyst I at the Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging. She works on a team led by Dr. Farida Ejaz, developing and testing interventions for self-neglect in Texas and Oklahoma, and caretaker neglect in Utah, with funding from the U.S. Administration for Community Living (ACL). She is directing the development of an online training for Ohio's mandated reporters of elder abuse with funding from the Ohio State Bar Foundation. Between 2020-2021, Ms. Reynolds co-directed a project that developed an in-person training on elder abuse for real estate brokers and salespersons, and was funded by the Association of Real Estate Law License Officials (ARELLO). Ms. Reynolds participates on a local task force on elder financial fraud and scams, and serves on the Ethics Committee of the National Adult Protective Services Association (NAPSA). She is passionate about improving the lives of older adults and preventing adult abuse through applied research.
