I am an Assitant Professor in the College of Public Health at Taipei Medical University. I received my Ph.D. in Aging Studies from the University of South Florida. The overarching theme of my research is the promotion of health and wellbeing in the aging population. My work centers on the assessment of physical and mental health outcomes, such as sleep health, fear of falling, falls, depression, and pain. The broad focus of my study is to identify the determinants of health outcomes, understand the underlying mechanisms between the determinants and health outcomes, and examine potential strategies to reduce or delay the likelihood of developing aging-related health problems.
