Dr. Kaur earned her Bachelors in Medical Technology at College of Mount St Joseph in Cincinnati, Master's in Clinical Laboratory Science at University of Minnesota and Doctoral in higher Education at Novasouthestern University. She started the Medical Laboratory Science Advanced Technical Certificate Program, August 2016 at Hillsborough Community College for post baccalaureate students in partnership with the local hospitals.
