Dr. Allyson Palmer is Assistant Professor of Medicine at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Consultant in the Division of Hospital Internal Medicine (HIM) at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. She is a board-certified geriatrician and hospitalist whose clinical interests include healthy longevity, dementia, and delirium. Her research applies geroscience principles to the study of delirium, specifically investigating the role that cellular senescence may play in delirium pathogenesis and investigating novel aging-related biomarkers of delirium.
