Jennifer Sauer is a Senior Research Advisor at AARP where she conducts research on financial security or economic impact on consumers and taxpayers related to scams and fraud, state budgets and taxes, retirement savings issues, and work and jobs. Jennifer has 35 years of research experience, and she has been with AARP for 24 years. Prior to joining AARP, Jennifer worked in various research assistant and project coordinator capacities for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and the University of Pittsburgh. Jennifer holds a master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the State University of New York.
