I am a PhD Student for the National Institute for Health Research Older People and Frailty Policy Research Unit (NIHR OPFPRU). OPFPRU is a collaboration between the University of Manchester, Newcastle University, and the London School of Economics, which aims to answer policymakers’ questions and help the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) to make informed decisions about the lives of older people. My expertise in research spans reviews of effectiveness of interventions, prediction and prognostic reviews, and qualitative research. I am currently working towards developing a bespoke framework for the incorporation of assessments of health inequalities and/or inequities through an intersectionality lens within evidence synthesis.
