Dr. Julia Toman is an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at the University of South Florida and Division Chief of the Division of Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery. She has a busy clinical practice of both aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. Her research has focused on disparities in access to care both domestically and internationally. She has curated a bilateral exchange with the ENT Department at UKZN University in Durban South Africa with specific interest in promotion of hearing health.
