Dr. Amber Gum is Professor and Psychologist in the Department of Mental Health Law & Policy, University of South Florida, and the Department of Internal Medicine, USF Health. She conducts research on behavioral health conditions and behavioral interventions integrated into primary care and aging service settings, for which she has received funding from NIMH, PCORI, RRF Foundation for Aging, and other sources. She earned her PhD in clinical health psychology from the University of Kansas in 2002 and completed an NIMH-funded postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco in 2004.
